El Captain wakes every 2 hours(almost) and goes back to sleep...

soo... i guess i haven't noticed but last night i was in my office and noticed the pc start and then turn itself off within a quick time, maybe 2 mins.. today i checked my log files and noticed this

5/8/16 4:11:55.000 AM kernel[0]: Wake reason: RTC (Alarm)
5/8/16 8:13:34.000 AM kernel[0]: Wake reason: PWRB (User)

these are just examples of 2 i found, but i uploaded my log... should i be concerned of a virus or is this a setting/tweak i need to do?

A while ago a user reported this as a fix :

System Preferences
Date & Time > Disable/Uncheck: Set date and time automatically
Time Zone > Disable/Uncheck: Set time zone automatically using current location
