El Captain External Hard Drive Problems

I have just finished my install of El Captain on my brand new Hackintosh. I have an external 3TB hard drive in a USB 3.0 enclosure from OWC that works perfectly fine on my macbook pro. However, when I connect this drive to my hackintosh, it never shows up. When i plug it into the front panel USB on my case, the drive shows up, but it is registered as an internal drive and time machine gets all upset about it. Is there a simple way to fix this? I've tried the USB 3.0 kexts from multibeast but still nothing.

What does "diskutil list" in terminal show?

Diskutil, System Report, and Disk Utility all show the same thing. My two internal hard drives: A 256gb Samsung 850 Pro for my boot and a Barracuda 1TB drive. Both of these are actual internal drives via SATA.
