El Capitan System folder empty

OK, so I found out how to unhide the System folder (stupid Apple) but now it doesn't show any files or folders. I'm assuming they're hidden as well? How do I unhide them?

If you use Terminal do you see the Library folder?

You have to unhide /System/Library as well.
