El Capitan on ThinkStation C30 (with K600 ) won't work

Hello, I've tried multiple things with Unibeast first, the with various kext (that made things worse...).

The only option that allows a bit of boot is npci=0x3000 but i can't get to the installation

Some people seem to have it working, please help me
