Time for me to upgrade my studio. I'mm gonna build a computer using parts from current customac pro list

El Capitan would be my preference for the operating system due to software compatibility.

Could El Capitan be installed on this build ?

Coffee Lake hardware is not supported on El Capitan.
You will need macOS High Sierra 10.13.0 or higher.
