El Capitan No Audio

Hi,

I was running El capitan with all audio working fine until the latest update (the one that appear the "Ink" menu on system preferences. 10.11.2)
Now no matter how hard i try (i already tried like 20 dif solutions here) no audio output appears on my preferences.. The HDMI and the Motherboard audio both are gone.

Can someone help me please? i don't know what to do anymore.
I want my HDMI and normal audio back...or at least one of them for start....

My system is this:

MB: Gigabyte Z77-DS3H
GC: Gigabyte GEFORCE GTX 650Ti
PC: Intel Core i5 3.3Ghz

Thank you! I did the security thing and it worked... But now i got like 3 HDMI outputs ans just one work... Any way to clear the non working ones?
