El Capitan install on ASUS Rampage V X99 and Intel i7 5960x is it doable?

Hope someone has had luck installing El Capitan in ASUS Rampage V with I7 5960x. I have a nice system that I love but the guide dose not let me upgrade from 10.10.2 to El capitan. Help please. I have a dual boot system with windows 10 and separate SSD for each operating system. 16 Gig DDR4 EVGA 980 video card 2983.
