press the <Delete> key to enter BIOS setup
Press F2 to enter Classic Setup mode

.....................Intel Virtualization = Enabled

Boot into the MAC using built-in i7-4790k graphic GPU
Clover Flag: dart=0
Inject Intel

Do STEP 5: Post-Installation with Clover

After booting into mac. install Web Drive.
Web Drive and CUDA is not the same. they do different function.

with which method did you make the install ? there are several ways out in the forums and no-one works for me till now :/ cool build by the way : D can yog give me a hink ?

.............Select OS Installation = El Capitan
.............Bootloader Options= UEFI Boot Mode
.............Graphics Configuration = Inject Nvidia

3) STEP 3: Recommended BIOS Settings
.........3.1) Top Menu->Save & Exit Setup
.....................Load Optimized Saving

.........3.2) Top Menu->BIOS Features
.....................VT-d = Disabled

Did you went trough all with the gaphiccard installed in your mac? or did you eject it for the first part ? greets

my Z97X UD3H cant find UEFI Bootsticks anymore and i dont know why

Thanks for your guide! I followed it and got El Capitan working (almost =) ). I have GA-Z97X-UD3H + i7-4790k + GeForce GTX 460. Although BIOS settings that you described wasn't enough to do that successfully, so I had to load my previously saved settings profile that I used for Yosemite.
For some reason I have to set the Inject Nvidia flag manually in clover boot settings every time I reboot (though I set that with clover configurator).
One more thing that disturbs me is that the sound card switches off when when idle for 3-5 seconds and hum appears in the speakers (it switches on the next time it has to make a sound) =( Is there a way to fix that?

UPD: fixed Nvidia inject flag (was my mistake).

I have the same basic hardware you're using, Following the guide I can get a bootable El Capitan but gt740 isn't recognized, i've tried webdrivers twice and end up with a system that hangs late in the boot process, never get a desktop again, any ideas what i should try?

Can you elaborate on GT740 isn't recognized? It should be supported out of the box, no Web drivers needed.
