Updated to 10.12.4. Just needed to boot back in with USB and apply CoreDisplay-patcher.command (note the command was updated after 10.12.4's release).

One issue noticed so far, display brightness slider works, brightness keys work, but the screen does not respond at all with dimming or brightening.

SUCCESS with patched AppleALC kext. Thanks to the expertise from Insanelydeepak, we (and stealth658) have come up with a solution. Internal speakers, headphone sensing and microphone all work!

For those installing this kext and coming from voodooHDA, remember to uninstall voodoo, including the voodooHDA kext as well as the Apple HDA disabler kext. Also add/change audio device ID in config to 13.

I'm still working to get audio HDMI working....
