@andycorleone
What is the maximum resolution and refresh rate on your monitor via HDMI using the internal GPU?

This one works very well for me! Only front USB-ports aren't working and had to install the VoodooHDA to get the audio working.
Audio was glitchy so I bought a small USB Audio card.

NVIDEA GTX 1060 6GB - Still waiting for Nvidea to update the drivers, so I can try it in OSX environment. For now using the on-board Intel card.

Please tell me where I can get Kext.zip file

Give me a day or so, I'll type up exactly what you need with possibly some screen shots on how to get onboard audio working as well as get rid of the multiple BIOs entries from being created.
