Successful installation on very old PC:
Gigabyte g41m-es2l
Pentium E6600
MSI GTX460 768Mb
4 RAM 2x2Gb
IDE 160 GB
UniBeast 6.1.1, install on 8Gb USB, MBR instead of GUID, works just as well.
Clover Legacy-root, CustoMac Essentials, Clover configurator, all according to instructions, reboot.
First time boot without USB: Everything works well without any MultiBeast kexts. I have network, fast graphics, correct CPU frequency (Lion think, that i have 4.07 GHz instead of 3.06).
Second time boot without USB: Happiness lasts three minutes. After that, system quietly reboot. (i mean, whitout any glitches)
BUT everything works flawlessly for unlimited time, when i boot this system AGAIN from USB.
Question: what kexts I forgot to set? Surely something, that already exist on installation USB. But what exactly?
This system is too good to go back to Debian Linux.
O mighty Tonymacx86, show me the way!
----------- AFTER FEW HOURS ------------
Mighty Tonymacx86 don’t showed me the anything. Apparently, he was very busy.
So, i compared config.plist on my USB with config.plist on HDD in CLOVER folder.
Differences was obvious, and after SMBIOS (Mac Pro 3.1) and Graphics (Inject Nvidia)
I restarted Clover Configurator and added following:
KernelPM
Asus AICPUPM (Yes, i have G41M, but without it System info shows, that i have enormous 20 Ghz cpu)
Screen Resolution 1280x800 (i have 1920x1200 display)
dart=0
FixHPET
AddDTGP
I don’t need HDA because i use external sound card.
After reboot, system works perfectly well.
