El Capitan 10.11.1 Download

I am trying to download the installation disk from Apple and it just spins away. I tried both my macbook and hackintosh. I was planning on updating my USB installer. Anyone else experiencing this?

You need to clear up all previous version, delete all and reboot.
Then you can download it again.
