El Cap: Security Update 2016-003 Supplemental

This one just popped up in the App Store on my Updates tab, and before I stick my neck out I was wondering if anyone else has applied it. It says "kernel update" so I'm trembling in my boots...

I applied last update from App Store about a week ago, and since then, I can't boot the OS anymore -- it turns off the PC during the boot... I suppose the kernel update has brought some hardware incompatibility in my case.

Check Security Update 2016-003 for 10.11.6

False alarm. It was an issue with FS (apparently, after accessing the HFS partition from Windows).
The system seems to work all right now.
