EFI Apple folder

Hey guys i accidentally deleted Apple folder from EFI partition and i lost boot entry on clover
i find only windows and recovery, anyone can help me to create the folder again

I have it too, and I believe it comes from updating to Catalina or to an update within, directly.

I might be wrong though, but I'll try putting it inside my new EFI when trying to update to Big Sur
