again, i tried ukulele but it doesnt show enough buttons, and i dont know how to add one, i only can add a dead key

Maybe someone who has used Ukelele can help you. I have a US-English keyboard, so don't have such issues...

Look among the keyboard layouts provided by Ukulele if you can find a German Logitech keyboard layout.

the logitech layout doesnt make out compared to the original ones

There is something wrong with your install, I can't see any physical difference between French and German keyboards even if they are different from the US one. And I don't have dead key on my French keyboard.

No nothing is wrong with my install.
I am using it for about 2 years Now and with 10.8.0 til 10.9.2 with several reinstalls, its just a mapping thing in mac.
Yes the Keyboards Maybe be identical but the Mac ones arent
Edit; an again i dont have dead key two Keys (actually some more but This doenst matter) are swapped.
Try < and ^ these are swapped on the german Keyboard.
I also asked other german hackintosh Users with 4530s, Same problem.
Tomorrow i'll try again ukelele

Are you using Mac keyboard layout instead of PC keyboard layout ?

Edit : Sorry, I just remember that I always use a modified keyboard layout.
My keyboard works because I swapped [²] and [< ] with Ukulele when I first installed a hackintosh longtime ago.
