Please give me patch for Intel HD 4000 desktop.Thanks....
Do not quote the first post, I know what is it says. See Post #1. If configured properly, it will show up in MaciASL/Patches. The pdf has more info.

What i have done:
- patched System DSDT with H77n-wifi patch (by PJALM)
- applied HD4000 patch (by PJALM)
- applied UEFI-Clean Compile
- applied Desktop-HD4K/HD3K/AMD/Nvidia-A3
You patched for HDMI audio twice; use either PJALM or toleda patches, not both. Start over.

Hi toleda,

thank you very much for your reply.

I followed your instructions and started over with a fresh System DSDT from MACIasl. What i did:

1. patched DSDT with UEFI-Clean compile
2. compiled and MACI gave me this
3. patched DSDT with Desktop-HD4K/HD3K/AMD/Nvidia-A3
4. compiled
5. saved in ACPI MLB as DSDT.aml
6. put the DSDT in the extra folder
7. rebuild cache and repaired permission via DPCIMananger
8. restarted

There ist still the same Problem no sound from the back jacks and no HDMI device in sound settings. What aim doing wrong? Would be nice if you could give me some advice. IOreg and DSDT are attached.

Your HDMI device is attached on port 0x6 rather than port 0x7 (native).

Two choices:
1. Patcho, a simple hex binary patcher post #2
2. Post #24 in this guide.

Rebuild cache and repair permissions via DPCIMananger with either method.

Hi toleda,

thank you very much. This solved my problem. But i still have no sound on the rear jacks. Seems to me they are broken.

Hi toleda,

again, thank you very much for your reply.

Select System Preferences/Sound/Output:
Internal Speakers > green
Line Out > black
Digital Out > SPDIF/optical

I have replaced my old board with a new one, now all is working.

Have a nice day!

Ended up losing all sound again. UD5H. HDMI was working with no other inputs being available after an update. Tried to get it back installing 898 with dsdt, now everything is gone. I remember last time you told me it was a layout id change. I went and revisited that post, and it seems to have stayed the same. I'm not 100% sure.
