Last night there was a security update for High Sierra.
Update was downloaded but for installing, it was asking for more space. High Sierra partition was of 20gb, nothing was installed in that disk except macOS, still update was asking for more space. So, I fresh installed High Sierra after increasing partition size to 25gb. Since I fresh installed 10.13.4 wifi card is not detecting only in 10.13.4.
I installed High Sierra for testing purpose. My daily driver is 10.12.6.
In macOS Sierra and Windows 10 wifi is working perfectly fine.
Even on High Sierra it was working fine last night.

See FAQ for recommended WiFi/BT hardware:

wifi card is working in macOS Sierra.
even on High Sierra it was working.
this issue occurred today since I fresh installed 10.13.4.
this wifi card has AR9565 chip.

AR9565 is not recommended by the FAQ.
You might look into ATH9KFixup.kext (not supported, not recommended though).
