I will list all kexts mentioned below. I have installed FAKEPCIID.kext as well as FAKEPCIID_broadcom.kext. and also BrcmpatchRam2.kext and Bcrmfirmwarerepo.kext. All of these kext are in S/L/E. I also have Airportbcrmfixup.kext in my efi folder. IN clover I have the darkvoid patch. Rebuilt cache, and only bluetooth is working. I go into DPCI manager and it says APPLEUSBEthernethostAQM and it says en2 but the "built in" box is not checked. So I know it knows my wifi card is there. Im pretty stummped. For the mean time, I am tethering from the Iphone via USB. I will attach config plist and ioreg.

EDIT: DPCI doesnt not recognize wifi card. Just realized it is recognizing my iphone hotspot via USB not wifi card.

I got one of these cards yesterday and I installed FakePCIID.kext + FakePCIID_Broadcom_WiFi.kext and added the fcvo patch and it works fine. AirportBrcmFixup.kext requires Lilu.kext. Your DPCIManager screenshot shows BCM4352 detected. Did you patch the DSDT with "OS Check Fix"?

See FAQ for BCM94352 requirements.

I have not, never heard of it. What is OS Check Fix?

Past only the required patch into your config.plist/KernelAndKextPatches/KextsToPatch.
Install required kexts.
I've installed the 4 kexts, I have AirportBcrmfixup.kext and I tried to follow the instructions from Toledas post but it still isn't working. Ill attach my config plist. Ive added quite a few kextstopatch that I dont know if I need.

Your kextcache output shows mismatched FakeSMC.kext are installed.
It is so obvious a problem, I didn't bother checking anything else.

See guide for matching kexts:
https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/guide-booting-the-os-x-installer-on-laptops-with-clover.148093/

Also, see FAQ for proper kexts/hardware needed for WiFi:
