DVD drive not working after going from 10.7.0 to 10.7.2

Hello! I had everything working great with 10.7.0. I have an Asrock P67 Extreme4 mobo. I installed 10.7.2 with the combo file from Apple and then ran MultiBeast 4.1 with the same choices I had when installing 10.7.0. Everything works now except the DVD drive.

My choices in MultiBeast that worked with 10.7.0 that I ran after the 10.7.2 update are: EasyBeast, ALC8xxHDA, AppleHDA Rollback, Non-DSDT HDAEnabler (ALC892), and Lnx2Mac's RealtekRTL81xx Ethernet.

Any ideas? Should I not have ran MultiBeast after the update? Thanks for any help!

No the drive was not there. I went through MultiBeast one more time and now it is working. Very odd...

Aside from this issue this mobo has been very east to setup on Lion.
