Try plugging in Keyboard and Mouse in back USB 2.0 nearest to the top of the case.

A lot of thanks for your answer.

I have tried all USB ports but it dont work. :banghead:

I think that my computer only have USB 2.0/1.1 ports (http://es.gigabyte.com/products/page/mb/ga-h55m-ud2h_10/specs/)

any advice?

I have tried a lot of things:
Copy DSDT.aml of my motherboard to /EFI/CLOVER/ACPI/patched
verbose mode, safe mode
Some clover param: USB Inyection, USB ownership,
SOme Bootargs (but I am not sure if i used the correct way)

Wow, I would have thought at least one of those helped. You tried all USB ports both with and without the DSDT.aml in place, right?

Sanity check: the keyboard works in BIOS, right?

For what it's worth, using boot arguments.

Look for someone else with the same board who has El Capitan working and see what they did, I guess.

I had this problem too over the weekend, fixed it by plugging in the mouse/keyboard into a USB HUB.
USB hubs carry their own controller chip, which are all slightly different. (and get recognized differently in Windows if you look closer)
