Duel Monitors Help! (Snazylabs build) El Capitan 10.11.6

Hey guys I just recently built a hackintosh that is the exact same build as the one in the following link. Same exact parts all the way down to the case: http://snazzylabs.com/article/skylake-mac-mini-hackintosh/

I followed the exact guide on that link as well. For some reason I cannot get the second monitor to work. I have one monitor working and its connected via the DVI port. The other monitor must connect via HDMI but I cant get OSX to recognize it despite it being identical to the other monitor. I'm currently running El Capitan 10.11.6

Has anyone else had this issue? If so, what are some suggestions to try? I'm going crazy over here.
