I am a Hackintosh and Dual Boot novice and I need some advice. I have a preexisting system running Windows 10 Pro from an HDD. I would like to install Sierra on my separate SSD. As I look through tutorials, it seems fairly evident that I need a Mac to create a bootable USB with Unibeast. Unfortunately, neither I or my friends have Macs. I would love to know if it is at all possible to create a dual boot setup without the mac. Due to my lack of experience and overall understanding, it would be most appreciated if someone were to include a fairly detailed process. For everyone's information, relevant or not, my current system is running Windows 10 with these specs:
  • i5-4460
  • R9 390
  • MSI Z97 PC MATE

Purchase a Snow Leopard 10.6.3 install DVD @ http://www.apple.com/shop/product/MC573Z/A/mac-os-x-106-snow-leopard
Install per guide https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/install-mac-os-x-10-6-snow-leopard-on-haswell-based-pcs.106903/
and update to 10.6.8
Download Sierra from the App Store and install per https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/...ierra-on-any-supported-intel-based-pc.200564/

If I understand this correctly, it seems the primary goal is to run Snow Leopard so that a bootable unibeast sierra usb can be created. Is this correct?

This is correct. Haswell hardware got support with,IIRC, late versions of Mavericks or maybe Yosemite. Anything earlier will not run and boot from HDD/SSD without hacking the kernel. If you have previously downloaded Mavericks or Yosemite and can still download them from the App Store then you can try either of them instead of El Capitan or Sierra.

Thank you for the information and advice, but I am running into a few major issues. For iBoot, I followed this tutorial http://tonymacx86.blogspot.com/2010/04/iboot-multibeast-install-mac-os-x-on.html
I get to the point where I install the 10.6.8 update and I then proceed to Multibeast. During the installation I use EasyBeast and select System Utilities. I reboot, but I encounter the error concerning boot0, therefore I am not able to boot SL without iBoot. It is my current assumption that for my purposes this does not matter. So, I rebooted with iBoot into SL 10.6.8. The version is correct and I now have access to the AppStore, however I cannot connect to the internet. I am using a wired Ethernet connection. According the the tutorial, I am able to rerun MultiBeast to install the correct network kext as long as I rebuild the caches and repair permissions. My motherboard uses a Realtek RTL8111C ethernet controller. With multiple attempts I was never able to install a working Ethernet kext. I've been working continuously trying to resolve this issue, but I've had no luck. I've searched every nook and cranny for the solution, but to no avail. It would be most appreciated if you could give me your insight on this issue.

And this is where you make your mistake. Do not proceed to MultiBeast after installing 10.6.8. Go directly to the App Store and download a version of OS X capable of running on your hardware. SL will never boot from HDD/SSD on your hardware unless you hack the kernel or patch the loader same as iBoot is patched.

So I need to reboot as soon as the 10.6.8 installer prompts for a reboot?

No, the point is that it is a waste of time to try running MultiBeast to get SL booting from HDD/SSD on Haswell hardware. Not gonna happen.
The only reason to install 10.6 at all is to be able to get to the App Store and download the latest version of OS X if you do not have a Mac. If you have a Mac, do not bother installing SL just to get to the App Store - download the install app for the latest OS on the Mac instead.
