I use a USB Audio Interface with a big volume knob :p.

Ok then I'll stick to it for sound :p
I'm at 1695/51.52

Hello it's me again! I put a pcie usb 3.0 extension card, which worked at first. But it seemed it was only delivering 2.0 (and it didn't appear in the system informations).
So I tried a lot of kext changes and ended up with nothing… when I plug a drive it lights up but never mounts.

I had to use this kext to get my HDMI audio working. https://www.dropbox.com/s/1f39m1bew9uhyio/HDMIAudio-1.1.dmg?dl=0

Hello, I've your same configuration (Asrock Ep2c602-4L/D16 with dual Xeon ES 2670), I've downloaded the Kext from the Dropbox link but the install.sh fails. I've then used the "Kext Helper" program to install it. It seems installed since I found the file into the "/System/Library/Extensions" folder. But when I restart the computer I can't get any audio device listed in the Sound of System Preference. Any help how you resolved it?

Yes, have the same problem: for me it's working (I've used the GenericUSBXHCI.kext) but can't get the USB 3.0 speed. I've tried also the other kext (mXHCD.kext) was working but without the usb 3.0 speed...

I installed everything, but my Ethernet is not working, I have connection through WiFi. Do you know what the problem could be?
Also, did you upgrade to any version higher than 10.12.6?
Can you share your motherboard settings? I think my build is not working on its full capacity :)

@axelts : I think my USB extension wasn't compatible so I changed it and it worked : https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00JFR2H64/?tag=tonymacx86com-20

@rauan1 : My ethernet always worked but my WiFi never! I've tried a lot of things but it only worked with severe other problems which made the system unstable. Though I'm also at 10.12.6 (couldn't go through High Sierra update), and I'm sure I'm not at full capacity as well, but couldn't say why… So if you get any information, please share ;)

I used this WiFi card and it was recognized automatically.

Mine is recognized as well, and Bluetooth works like a charm. The problem is that I can’t turn it on in the system preferences. So it’s a software issue somewhere...
