Dual Sierra - Win10 stopped booting to Clover

Config.plist looks fine. Although I'm not sure why you have other Configs. Which config.plist are you working from exactly?

At this time I'm out of ideas sorry. Try doing a Fresh install of macOS.

That was my fear, had a whole loads of problem with getting the m.2 install, took me months to get it installed in the first place. Maybe I should rethink or even give up.
