Dual Monitor setup on GTX750Ti

Hi, i just instal my Osx 10.11.1 on my pc. all working fine but I cannot use my 2nd monitor. I already try to connect to vga and dvi ( my 1st monitor on HDMI working fine). 2nd no signal at the monitor. already try to another cable and it same. please help me.

i7 2600
ram 16gb
samsung evo 850 500gb

Which brand is your 750Ti? Asus cards are known to loose some ports in OS X.
Also make sure Inject/Nvidia is disabled, and be aware that OS X doesn't support any analog connections (neither native VGA nor VGA through DVI connector).

I'm using ASUS now it has 1 hdmi, 1 vga, 1 dvi... if I use usb to hdmi acc from apple is it works? if it works i will buy 1 to get my 2nd monitor running... do you have any recomendation what should I do?
