Dual Monitor Not Working

Hey everyone, super new to hackintosh and have had a friend helping me with set up.

Have been up and running smoothly for about a month now and have just decided to upgrade to dual monitors.

I've plugged my new one in, the primary display shows as normal however the secondary is not being detected.

When booting / restarting the monitors are mirrored, it displays apple logo on both screens, when Mac OS loads the second monitor no longer displays anything.

Both monitors are connected by display port to my graphics card. (I am running 144hz monitors, 2x Dell S2417DG)

PC Specs:
Motherboard: Aorus Z390 AORUS PRO
CPU: i9-9900k
Graphics card: RX 580 8GB

Any help would be very appreciated

Update - HDMI works but not Display Port on second monitor

You might wNt to try this or use the lilu guide for framebuffer assignments.

This is a ready made SSDT to assign a Framebuffer that may fix the issue.
