Dual monitor help with GA-Z270X - I7 - Sierra

Build went surprising smooth by following this guide:

I just cant get dual monitors working. Hot swapping the HDMI monitor causes the hack to restart. and I can't boot with both a HDMI and DVI monitor plugged in.. I may have missed a step or two with the guide above, but not sure which gfx settings or things I should try with this new build.

Oh I am just using the onboard HD 630 internal gfx
