Hi all,

It was running Yosemite fine with a pair of Sapphire Radeon VAPOR-X R9 280X 3 GB's and Chimera - but now with Sierra / Clover it will only boot with one card. Oh yeah, using Clover.

Other core components in the build are as follows:

5960X OC'd to 3.9GHz
Asus X99-A
64GB of RAM - Crucial Ballistix Sport
Corsair HX1000i PSU
Corsair H100i Liquid Cooler
Samsung Pro 256GB SSD
Samsung Evo 2TB SSD

I went to the following thread SSDT GPU (Graphics Card) Injection and attempted to follow the steps, but things got complicated and after a couple hours, I gave up...

It will boot with one of the cards, so I'm wondering if there's a newer AMD card with 6GB of RAM which will work natively in it's place, or should I go with something like a GTX 1080 or 980? The machine is intended with use with Final Cut, so I'm aware that performance with Nvidia GPU's will not work as well as that from AMD.

Any thoughts would be much appreciated!
