Hi everyone, I’ve seen this question scattered through the forums, but nothing addresses my particular use case...

I’m hoping to use an AMD Vega 56 as the primary GPU or run my OS (High Sierra), and the Display, while having 2x GTX 1080ti’s solely for CUDA computing (specifically for 3D rendering in Cinema 4D, using Octane, or Redshift).

Seems like everyone is getting black screen from the AMD GPU once the Nvidia drivers are installed In similar setups.
However, I am not going to be running a dual-boot system and I need to use the 1080ti’s in High Sierra, so disabling them is out of the question for me.

Is this possible?

The hope is to get the best of both worlds: native HW acceleration from the Vega 56, plus CUDA computing from the 1080ti.

Thanks!!
