I have the exact same issue. im running windows 8 and i cant find the bluetooth tab. can you please tell us what to do for windows 8 cause that tutorial doesnt follow windows 85. Once installed, right-click and select 'Properties' for either one of the devices and go to the 'Bluetooth' tab, take a note of the 'Unique Identifier' near the bottom of the page under 'Troubleshooting Information' (This will be noted as a series of letters and numbers, eg. 1a:b2:c3:45:67:8d). You will need this later to identify your device in Regedit.
Sorry for the Noob question but I tried locating the "Unique Identifier" but I can't seem to find it. Thanks
This worked perfectly for me in Windows 8. Thanks!
