Dual booting OSX with Win 10 already installed

My first post so go easy on me.

I have win 10 already installed on an M2.SSD and i would like to install Mac OS on another SSD and then dual boot with the option to load either os.

I know the information is on here somewhere, but there is so much of it i'm not sure where to start first and whats valid. I don't expect to be spoon fed the whole process, but a point in the right direction would be much appreciated. Is there an up to date walkthrough or even better a video of what i'm trying to do?
