I have 2 different hard drives, one with Win7x64, the other with MacOSX 10.6.3 (installed using iBoot).

If I plug both and:
-start my computer with Win7 set as first boot drive, I can chose between Win7 and Mac on a startup menu: if I select Win7 it works, but if I select Mac, it loads Chameleon, then I select the apple logo (driver where mac is installed), press enter, and I have Mac splashscreen loading forever without getting into mac desktop.

-start my computer with Mac set as first boot drive, I have Chameleon with a pretty quick countdown set on Mac OS (it won't display other possibilities until I press a key). But I want Win7 as default, and longer countdown.

How can I :
-Have my Win7 menu let me run Mac
OR
-Set up Chameleon parameter so I can chose what to display, set the countdown, etc ?

Thanks

Edit your com.apple.Boot.plist (in /Extra).

Add this:

<key>Default Partition</key>
<string>hd(x,y)</string>

('x' is the disk number, 'y' the partition number. To find which is which, run the terminal command 'diskutil list')

Open your /E/ com.apple.boot.plist with a text editor or plist editor of your choice,
Change the following:

<key>Timeout</key>
<string>0</string>

0 as a value here will stop the boot process at the chameleon screen just as a "hit any key" does. Any number greater than 0 = seconds of time before boot into default OS.
