Hi, I am a total noob to this stuff and am considering putting Mac OS (preferably Lion) on my Toshiba Satellite L305-S5955, possibly/probably dual booting. I have read about some issues in compatibility with display (QE/CI?), USB, and Wi-Fi. These were posted on a forum about 3 years ago so obviously outdated Anyway, here are my specs, have other weird ones I have no clue about if needed:
Model: Toshiba Satellite L305-S5955
OS: Linux Ubuntu Oneric Ocelot 11.10 (x32), have Windows XP installation disk if needed
Processor: Intel Celeron CPU 900 @ 2.20 GHz
Graphics: Mobile Intel 4 Series Express Chipset Family (unknown by Ubuntu but was in my profile, haha)
Display: 1280x800 pixels
Memory: I'm pretty sure I have 2 GB of RAM
Hope this helps and thanks in advance!
