Hello everyone, (I'm completely new to Hackintosh and my components are still on the way for my first build)

I already have a Sata SSD with Windows 10 installed which I used to boot into Windows on my iMac via USB-C adapter.
Now I want to have it in my Hackintosh build and I use a nvme m.2 for installing MacOS. Do I have to format the drive or can I leave this drive as it is?
I would really appreciate any advice!
Thank you very much.

Are you saying you have a "Boot Camp" drive that you use for you iMac, and wonder if that drive will work as is as a "normal" windows install disk?

I dunno? but it seems like a super easy thing to try. See if you Hackintosh can natively boot from it. If so, there is a good chance it will show up in your Clover boot screen.

Thank you for your reply! Yes, I didn't want to partition my iMac SSD so I made an external Sata SSD the Boot Camp drive. I'll just try it when it's build.
Thanks!
