When you installed Win7 after installing OS X the Win7 installer overwrote the OS X boot files in the MBR.
Use the USB to boot back into OS X and install Chimera.

i did install chimera by using the USB to boot back into OS X. But Still it directly loads windows boot manager. I still have legacy BIOS. Any solution?

Boot to BIOS and make the OS X drive first in HDD boot order.
