Can anyone help with a driver for my ASUS USB-AC56 Dual-band AC1300
usb wifi adaptor to run on Sierra 10.12.1 ???

Hey m8, I believe it's actually the 10.12.12 platform which is causing the issue as ASUS need to come up with an updated driver for the latest Mac platform.
I got around it by going back to Ethernet, sorry couldn't be more help m8
