Go to Buyer's Guide and then click on Operating Systems and you'll find a link to it there. Under Details

Your system definition (SMBIOS) may prevent you from downloading if it is too new (so that Apple determines that El Capitan can't run on it). What SMBIOS do you use?

You cannot build installer with UniBeast with that download but you can run the app and update from older version of currently installed OS version.
