What a beautiful Asus Hackintosh it would be. I hope to see this guide myself as I'm wanting to build the Gigabyte Aorus Extreme C621 motherboard. Much luck!!!

I have 3x C621 running as a Hackintosh without any Issues.

actually i’m not very interested in the guide, but if you could post an efi on one of the working machines, i would be very interested in seeing what is needed to make it work, how Vanilla it is, so to speak

Nope, your problems are related to misconfiguration of the EFI folder.
