Does this configuration work with Mavericks/ Mountain Lion?

Gigabyte Z370M D3H (rev. 1.0) Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard
Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3000
Samsung 850 EVO-Series 250GB 2.5" Solid State Drive
Seagate Barracuda 2TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive

Or should i use Motherboard: Gigabyte Z370-DS3H Micro ATX.

Or should i use an ATX motherboard?

I am Building for Music Production

Planning for DUAL BOOT Windows 7 and hackintosh.

Probably not, hardware that is released after the OS was End Of Life is most unlikely to be supported.
 
It is very tricky to get newer hardware to work on older software. You usually lose the benefits of the newer hardware because you have to spoof the OS to think it’s running an old system. Mavericks may work but not very well. Nvidia drivers won’t be available for your 1030 either so your CPU and GPU will be unsupported and give you problems.

If you really need to use Mavericks you should consider and older video card at least like a gt210 or AMD R9 280x. That way you will get accleration but your CPU won’t have proper power management.
 
I have a similar system on the chipset 370. And I would also like Mavericks, because this is the latest version that supports PowerCore Express.

Try clover boot menu settings ACPI/ drop OEM and Binaries/ fake CPUID 106E0.
