Does parallels work in a hackintosh build? Photoshop?

Hi Gang,

This is my first post so forgive me if I am naive to this forum and its proper usage.

I am excited to build a medium to high end mac. I would like to use photshop and Lightroom if these aps will work well with a certain build (decent video card, cpu, HD,SSD, and plenty of RAM). Any help or suggestions appreciated

Does parallels make sense to use for all my/other windows based aps?

Parallels does make sense if you don't need high end graphics power in Windows.
I am using parallels from time to time and it's working great.
You can choose how much RAM you want to share with windows and how many CPU Threads.
So you can always be sure to have enough power in OSX left.

I dont know what you mean with high end graphics, but I can play Crysis 2 with Full resolution (1920*1080) with the high resolution texture pack and medium graphic settings.
