When I try to shutdown, it'd reboot instead. It does shutdown in Windows though. Anyone seen this before? THanks.

I just recently updated to 10.11.5 via the App Store and I'm also now facing the same issue you've described. I am unable to shutdown in OSX, it just reboots. In Windows 10, I am able to shutdown without it restarting.

Everything was working well prior to update, so far this shutdown thing seems to be the main issue at the moment. I'm on a Gigabyte board, GA-Z170X-UD5

open clover configurator and edit the config.plist. Acpi->FixShutdown and ACPI->Halt Enabler save the config and restart. Now Shut down again. it will work.
I have the same motherboard and it doesn't work with those changes....

Delingren have you found a solution for the problem?
