Does my laptop support Mac OS X Sierra?

Here are my specs.

I just want to know if i can install Sierra, if so, is there a detailed guide on how to do so?

Because, i tried to install it before, but had no success, i couldn't even get to the language select screen.

Also, my aim is to do a dual boot with Windows 10.

Keep in mind that I do not own a real mac.
