Does Mavericks 10.9.5 support HDMI 2.0?

Hi, I am new here and I run 10.9.5 on my computer. I am makin music and it runs flawless, so I won´t upgrade to another version.

I am in need of a bigger monitor and´d like to know if 10.9.5 supports HDMI 2.0 and

WHAT AFFORDABLE GRAPHIC CARD WOULD YOU RECOMMEND?

No, Mavericks does not support HDMI 2.0. The specification was not even released when Mavericks was current.
