Don't see why not, with the usual proviso that you would need to disable the Maxwell Mobile dGPU and rely on the Intel HD 530 IGPU for all graphics processes. You may have to swap the Intel WiFi/BT card for a macOS compatible card.

You need to read and follow one of the many Laptop guides, which one depends on the version of macOS you want to install. Your Skylake system will run macOS from Sierra up to and including Big Sur.
