Does AsRock Phantom rx580 gpu on catalina work out of box

Does AsRock Phantom rx580 gpu card on catalina work out of box with hw acceleration? Have rig running catalina with no integrated graphics (i5 9400F, asus z390a prime). Heard there are issues with AsRock gpus with mojave and catalina.

I haven't found anyone who had made a build with that GPU, so I decided to spend a little more and buy the Sapphire RX 580 Pulse 8GB.
