Do I need usbinjectall ssdt z370 gaming 7

Hi guys I'm just wondering do I need to create a usbinjectall ssdt , as far as I'm aware all usbs are functioning I am having some issues with sleep and usbs keyboard not working until I plug it in again , but apart form that all is good. Does anyone think I need any custom ssdt as far as I'm aware I have applied no custom ssdt for any part of the system yet. I am a noob at this as you can tell but just wondering if anyone has any insight ?
