Hi,
I just got new RX580 today (tired of waiting for the Mojave nVidia web driver).
After install everything seem to works very well.
But I got an issue with display rotation after restart (screenshot below).
I'm using 3 displays (1 vertical, 2 horizontal).
I have no issue back when I use the nVidia card.

Thanks in advanced.

No one ever encounter this issue before? :(

Hi,
I am having the same issue with my RX 570 and my vertical display!
Have you managed to find a solution?

Not yet. Look like not many using vertical display + AMD GPU.
No problem if using the Nvidia GPU.

A few things to note:
- 10.14.1 doesn't resolve the issue.
- My vertical screen is connected via DVI-D but it doesn't seem to make a difference if I use HDMI instead.
- Screen orientation is OK when plugging in the monitor after boot, so it could mean something goes wrong before or during boot.

Do you have whatevergreen kext loaded ? I found this caused issues with my 2nd monitor which has a 90 deg rotation. Removing the kext fixed the issue

I tried both remove whatevergreen kext + bring back shiki kext and by remove whatevergreen kext completely (without bring back shiki).
This problem still occured.

Yes, same for me, I did indeed have whatevergreen loaded but removing it didn't change anything unfortunately.
Thanks for your suggestion nonetheless! :)

Hi all, RX580 here and same issue as the original poster. My vertical screen is weird after reboot. Oddly enough, the mouse pointer is oriented correctly. @jacyl4, I tried following that link but am kind of lost as to what it is supposed to fix.
