Display port not working and screen noise problem

Hi mates,

I'm always getting the graphics problem after the display sleep I see the noisy screen and only after turning the monitor off and turning it back on everything works as it should be. I'm using HDMI cable and tried today use the display port to see if that helps but unfortunately, DP is not working at all.

Attached are my config file and noisy screen photo.

Can somebody please explain what to do with this?

GPU: ZOTAC GeForce GTX 1070 Mini
CPU: i6700K
MB: Asus Z170i Pro Gaming
Monitor: BenQ SW271 (4K)
OS: 10.12.6 (16G29)

I'm noticing this problem only when os turning off the display not computer sleep
Computer sleep works ok

The same issue with DVI-D connected monitor Benq. HDMI connected Samsung TV is fine.
I was thinking it’s DVI cable issue. But now I think it's Benq issue.

Using RX 580 now, everything works fine.
