I wrote "0x1e31" in XHCI field to change PCI properties DeviceID and VendorID. "Inject" isn't the right word

Your native ID is 0x1e31. No need for FakeID/XHCI=0x1e318086. Also, note your use of FakeID/XHCI=0x1e31 is incorrect. You must include both vendor and device-id (vendor-id is in MSW). Such as FakeID/XHCI=0x1e318086.

But we already covered that you don't need FakeID as your native ID is the same as the one you're trying to inject (although incorrectly).

Your ioreg shows PXHCD still installed.

Probably USB3 ports are not enabled, due to incorrectly patched DSDT.

Your DSDT lacks support for "Darwin".

Try "OS Check Fix (Windows 8)" (there are three different OS check fix patches to try).
