Disk uninitialized, plz help

Oh, it didn't help, it says, disk uninitialized, ( I'm sad
although, what commands did you do in DISKPART? and what was the messages?

I used, diskpart, list disk, select disk 0, clean, convert to MBR, format fs=fat32 quick. It was successful, but it didn't help

The BIOSTAR motherboard is not one commonly used for a hackintosh so I agree with @Feartech - you need to test another drive to check for two things:

1) That the motherboard will run macOS - some do have BIOS issues.

2) That the drive itself is compatible. It should be but there's always that possibility.

Can you borrow one? Or maybe re-purpose another from somewhere else?

If the problem is not the drive, it would be a waste of money.
